Fireside Kennels is located near Oconomowoc WI. The new kennel facility built in 2005 is the heart of their operations. Designed with indoor/outdoor kennel runs, in floor heating and a generous indoor training area. The kennel is situated on 200 acres of training land. The land is a mixture of woodlands, grasslands and marsh all being managed for bird habitat with food plots intersparsed throughout. Bird populations are supplemented with released birds while the use of Johnny houses and food plots ensure that they have birds year round for training.
About Us
The kennel building with six indoor/outdoor runs opening to a one acre fenced in exercise yard.
A smaller fenced in training yard off to the side of the kennel for initial birdwork and yard training session. Fireside has three dedicated enclosed training yards from half an acre to six acres in size.
300 acres of field, woods and marsh allow us to train in a variety of cover.
